Billing

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Price Changes

We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPPY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Peppy harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Peppy.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
